As a partner you will help to educate, motivate and inspire individuals at all levels within SCP. You will help to create the culture and environment which will allow us to grow into a household name.

Due to the current growth rate we are currently looking for individuals to take on the responsibility of leadership roles transitioning to management roles in the future. Our partnership roles are for those wishing to progress with SCP.

Get to know our recruitment process and what to expect after submitting your CV:

Webinar Meeting

Initially you will join us for our webinar style interview being ran by one of our Senior Partners. During this meeting we will cover the roles in more detail, including pay, progression opportunities, hours and also offer more insight into the clients we represent and what we do for them.

Second Stage Partner Interview

  1. A Small Group Style Interview: This is were we will test your knowledge of what was covered during our webinar meeting. It’s your chance to separate yourself from the other candidates and show us how good your student mentality is.
  2. 1-1 Conversation With A Partner: This is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other on a more personal basis. We want to know more about your background/experience, your goals and why a role with us is a good fit for yourself.

Final 1-1 Partner Interview

The final stage of our recruitment process will be with one of the top partners at SCP. This will be their opportunity to go into more detail on who you are as a person to see if your goals align with ours and vice-versa. This is the last part of the process so make sure you’re prepared and ready to stand out.

This will give us a chance to answer any final questions, cover the finer details of the role you will be stepping into and also go through all the documentation needed to ensure a smooth start to your journey at SCP.
